11 State Attorneys General call for AI disclosures

11 Attorneys General are calling on Open AI to be more transparent in the AI on AI hacking incident(s). They state, “ “OpenAI’s inability or unwillingness to ensure the safety of its products poses an imminent risk of substantial harm to our States.” 

The Attorneys General represent Iowa, Alabama,Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Utah.
