AI limits for young lawyer types

Berkeley Law has a new AI rule and it is strong. It prohibits “The use of AI is prohibited for aid in conceptualizing, outlining, drafting, revising, translating, or editing any work submitted for credit.”  

The rule goes on to include prohibiting students from uploading law school materials into AI tools. As we know there are concerns over the privacy of information that is uploaded.
