Crypto fail safe plan

@Coinbureau says the SEC and CFTC have a backup plan to save crypto aptly named the Project Crypto. The proposed rules to save the day from the CFTC. The SEC has issued guidance and is poised to propose rules if Congress doesn’t pass the Clarity Act.
