Nudify app bans. The legal issues.

Minnesota recently enacted a ban on nudify apps, the 1st such ban in the U.S. XAI sued before the ban’s effective date. The district court allowed the ban to be enacted and allowed the suit to continue. XAI argues that the ban is over inclusive and there is a way for a ban to be far less restrictive.
