Ballot proposition: housing affordability

Massachusetts voters will decide whether homes can be built on smaller lots. Ballot proposition #7.

Under the proposition, to build a single family residence, cities would be required to allow single family housing on lots of at least 5,000 square feet with access to public water and sewer service.
