Big Bend landowners sue over border wall

Eminent domain is making big headlines this week. For those keeping count, this is the 6th lawsuit about the border walls in Big Bend that have been filed in D.C. district court. 230 Texas landowners filed suit this week working with Conserve Big Bend, a non-profit. 

Let’s add this to the list of reasons why eminent domain will take up more air during the 2027 Texas Legislature.
