Colorado renewable building codes

Colorado Legislature passed HB1362 (2022 |CO). Local rules implementing the bill  will start being adopted after July 1st. The bill seeks to require more efficient appliances and prewiring for solar panels and electric vehicle charging in new buildings. Developers say the new building codes will increase costs.
