Development bill: data center water use disclosure

AB 2469 & AB 2619 would require data center developers to disclose water use and water use plans.

Here’s the reason to watch these bills. (1) it is sitting on Gov. Newsom’s desk. (2) In 2025, back when public sentiment wasn’t against data center development, similar legislation was vetoed. Times have changed. Let’s watch.
