A new legal case is nearing the U.S. Supreme Court and is being heralded by conservative lawyers as the next Kelo. Let’s meet Bowers v. Oneida County Industrial Development Agency. According to the Institute for Justice, “New York’s courts said it was perfectly fine for a county redevelopment agency to condemn his property and give it to a rival developer to use as a private parking lot.”
