Rioter Looter Legislation for Property Damage

Minnesota: HF 2 (2020 | MN) will offer property damage relief for property in 2 ways.

1. Relief for property that was damaged by rioters through the new CIVIL UNREST IMMEDIATE RELIEF PROGRAM
2. Relief for development for those that experienced “adverse impacts of past and ongoing racial discrimination in the metropolitan area” through the METROPOLITAN AREA REDEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
