- all new residential homes
- all new public parking facilities
- 20% of the spaces in all new commercial and multi-family parking structures
Vermont addressed EV readiness statewide by:
- establishing size requirements to trigger EV requirements
- applies to both commercial and residential projects
- when the size threshold is met, a certain percentageof EV supply equipment or EV-ready parking spaces are required
