3 Reasons Water Utilities Should Include Residents in Conservation Planning

Water Utiltiies should include residents in their Texas  2019 Water Conservation Plan because:

• residents and communities should receive transparency from their water utilties
• water utilities should engage in open dialog with the communities that they serve
• Engaged and informed consumers can make all the difference, including in the 12.3% of water that is lost by utiltiies from aging infrastructure and leaks
