• Consistent Monitoring.  Should strengthen its  supervisory review & monitoring process to ensure SWIFT program application review & project funding processes were accurate and complete.
• Data Security. Don’t give access to your programs to everyone. Restrict access to controls for its project tracking system & accounting system
