A Governor’s responsible infrastructure standards

Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro unveiled infrastructure standards for data center development (and other developments, but let’s face it everyone is focused on data centers). To receive benefits from the state, a development must meet standards that include: (1) energy affordability; (2) transparency and community engagement; (3) workforce and economic development; AND (4) environmental protection.
