Gas Power Production Surpasses Coal for 2nd time

This July electricity generated from natural gas exceeded that gnerated by coal.

The first time this happened was in April 2015.

In Texas, ERCOT says:

coal fell by 1.9 kwh in July
while natural gas power jumped up 3.1 kwh in July
