Gas turbine loophole

A loophole in Mississippi law allows an AI facility to run 50(ish) mobile gas turbines to generate electricity without state oversight. The NAACP has filed a law suit that alleges conflicting federal law covers the mobile generation. 15 of the 50(ish) mobile generators are permitted by the state.
