Michigan has approved Consumers Energy’s PowerMIDrive electric vehicle charging program that will:

• be a 3 year program
• $10 million pilot program
  • $5,000 rebates for chargers installed in public areas
• supporting the state’s growing EV market
• with new rates, rebates & customer education
• includes a Nighttime Savers Rate to encourage charging from 7pm to 6am
  • $500 rebate for each EV
