Generally good job, but… you need some help. It’s like when your Great Aunt Edna says, “oh, that’s nice, but…”:

• LCRA needs to work on documentation and controls concerning:
  • irrigation billing
  • accounts payable
  • compensation
• LCRA needs to document & consistently follow policies and procedures for financial processes
• LCRA should pay invoices more timely
• LCRA should document why it gave bonuses. For funsies is probably not going to meet the auditor’s standard.
• LCRA should keep a better eye on procuring fuel and energy
