Massachusetts’ newly released, The 213-page Comprehensive Energy Plan, sets forth these recommendations for “clean, affordable, and resilient” in-state energy:
- EV Transportation
- Electrify heating and cooling, through the use of air source heat pumps
- Electricity should be sourced from a clean grid
- Electricity clean grid should be backed by storage
- Strengthening Building Codes
