Massachusetts’ newly released, The 213-page Comprehensive Energy Plan, sets forth these recommendations for “clean, affordable, and resilient” in-state energy:

  • EV Transportation
  • Electrify  heating and cooling, through the use of air source heat pumps
  • Electricity should be sourced from a clean grid
  • Electricity clean grid should be backed by storage
  • Strengthening Building Codes
