Transmission lines, wildfires, & restitution

Wildfire damage that is shown to be caused by transmission lines will include property restitution from transmission line companies. AB 2700.

The California Energy Commission will assess restitution shortfalls. The bill author wants to ensure that property owners are fully compensated.
