Where will the new facility be and how will product get to it?  

• Export terminal would be shipped via a proposed 150-mile pipeline
• Connecting the already-existing Agua Dulce hub  west of Corpus Christi to the Port of Brownsville
• It will ship product to customers in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

What is the business goal here?
