• Debt limit   Article III, Section 49 (j) 
• Welfare spending limit  Article III, Section 51-a 
• Pay-as-you-go limit Article III, Section 49a 
• Limit on the growth of certain appropriations (a.k.a. spending limit)  Article VIII, Section 22
  • ​Spending limit doesn’t apply to all fund streams, only to revenue not dedicated by the Constitution
