COVID Vaccine Incentive in the Show Me State

What’s happening? Missouri has a new COVID vaccine incentive program that partners the Department of Health and Senior Services  with the Missouri Lottery to draw 180 winners who will win either $10,000 cash or $10,000 towards an education savings account. In total there will be 900 winners for the life of the incentive program.

Why is this important? Vaccine incentive programs are an interesting perspective at what motivates certain populations in certain states, especially effective incentive programs.

How will this be important? There is no limit to the potential partnerships with the state lottery.
