INTERIM: A TIRZ for Infrastructure

Houston City Council this week approved a new TIRZ for Montrose. 

The goal of creating the new Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone is to:

• repair and enhance infrastructure
  • new sidewalks
  • drainage system repairs
• enhance transportation & parking options
