Pennsylvania pension forfeiture law would require elected officials to forfeit pensions if they:

• are convicted of a crime with a punishment of more than 5 years
• doesn’t matter if the crime is federal or state
• doesn’t matter if they pled guilty or no contest, or are found guilty by a judge or jury
