Legislature creates constitutional court

Utah Legislature created a 3 judge constitutional court to resolve state constitutional challenges. This new court is being challenged as unconstitutional by The League of Women Voters of Utah and Mormon Women for Ethical Government. FYI these are the same parties challenging the constitutionality of Utah’s 2026 congressional redistricting.
