New COVID Rules in Oklahoma Legislature

The Oklahoma Legislature will be operating under these new parameters when it reconvenes:

•  Visitors will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 upon entry
  • medical professionals from OU Health Sciences Center will conduct screenings
• Everyone will be encouraged to wear a mask
• Social distancing protocols will be implemented with signage
  • includes committee hearings and galleries
• Lobbies outside the House and Senate chambers will be closed
• No Events, Capitol tours, or large groups
• Limited number of legislative staffers
• Daily disinfection of the Capitol
