Newly proposed limits on cities in Texas

Texas Policy Research this week called for “lawmakers to strengthen the Texas Regulatory Consistency Act & clarify the Texas Tort Claims Act so local governments cannot evade state law through regulatory patchworks, selective enforcement, or immunity claims.”
