Are employers right? Is Return to Work Better?

Research from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business published this year states that “Our findings are consistent with employees’ concerns that managers use RTO (return to office mandates) for power grabbing and blaming employees for poor performance. We provide evidence that RTO mandates hurt employee satisfaction but do not improve firm performance.” Karen Mangia, president and chief strategy officer at the Engineered Innovation Group, says she’s found that it is as simple as employees want to have the choice an of where to be.
