What is happening? Travel company, Kind Travel, a woman and veteran owned travel company, surveyed travelers and found 96% want their travel dollars to make a positive impact in the places that they visit.

Why is this important? 48% said  “the greatest challenge in trying to travel sustainably is finding accommodations that are both “sustainable and socially conscious.” 37% of travelers say the biggest challenge is to reduce of eliminate their carbon footprint.

How will this be important? “As of 2022, Kind Traveler works with hotels and tourism boards in 22 countries and 100-plus charities worldwide.”
