Circular fashion growth

A new report from Kearney on circular fashion shows that circular fashion scores continue to rise, but that year to year growth is not as great as it was in 2024. They suggest  that mid-tier fashion brands are struggling to keep up. 

Simultaneously, regulations in the European Union are coming online as is California’s Responsible Textile Recovery Act. The California regulations will compel brands to take back and recycle used clothing—a clear shift from voluntary to mandated action.
