Corporate Reaction to Texas Abortion Bill.

What’s happening? Companies are creating funds to pay for the expenses of people who need access to an abortion.

Why is this important? Uber, Lyft, Bumble and Match.com have all stated that they will cover expenses of their employees, and their dependents who need abortion services.

How will this be important? Uber CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi

“Drivers shouldn’t be put at risk for getting people where they want to go,” he wrote. “Team Uber is in too and will cover legal fees in the same way.”
