Costco’s Board rejected an anti-DEI proposal by confirming their “commitment to an enterprise rooted in respect and inclusion is appropriate and necessary.” Costco is the world’s 5th largest retailer. “Even as anti-DEI campaigns have surged, most companies have held on to their diversity policies because they foster good decision-making and are conducive to their business goals.”
