What is happening? 42% of employees have a hybrid schedule. 39% worked exclusively from home. As for their long term work goals,  53% expect a hybrid arrangement and 24% expect to work exclusively remotely.

Why is this important? 54% will look for other jobs if they don’t have a remote work option.

How will this be important? Workers reported the following reasons for supporting the hybrid work model:

  • Avoiding commutes
  • Better overall wellbeing
  • Flexibility to balance other obligations
  • Still have the option to work in-person with co-workers
  • Allows for feeling both more productive and still connected to organization
