COVID Effect. WFH impact on Diversity.

What’s happening? Some business minds say, but don’t put numbers to that I’ve seen, that the employees who prefer to work from home are women and those in minority groups.

Why is this important? These same minds say because these workers are more likely to work from home on a hybrid schedule their 1950s minded bosses won’t promote them. I propose that these minority groups prefer out of the office work because they know they are treated differently so why subject themselves to it. Pot and kettle and all.

How will this be important? The numbers say employees want hybrid work. Consumers and Investors want diversity. To quote Letterkenny- Figure it out.
