Dell Sets Ambitious Diversity & Inclusion Goals

2030 Employee Targets: 

  • 50% of workforce to be women
  • 25% of workforce to be Black, Hispanic, & Latino 
  • 40% of leadership positions held by women & 15% held by Black, Latino, or Hispanic employees

How Dell Plans to Achieve These Goals:

  • educating the hiring staff, leadership members, & employees about unconscious bias
  • investing K-12 education financially & through STEM programs
  • increase recruitment at historically black colleges
  • have 95% of employees complete annual education programs on bias & harassment
