desirability: social impact bonds

There is growing interest for social impact bonds. A Goldman Sachs Asset Management social bonds survey, Investing in Inclusive Growth, found 65% of respondents invested in or were interested in investing in social impact bonds. Only 12% had no interest. They also discovered that  “only small number of managers offer a dedicated social bond fund” and thereby expect that number to grow.
