Employees want to quit

A new @Gallup poll shows that only 19% of employees are extremely satisfied and 51% are actively looking for a new job. 51% is a high for the last decade. 

Gallup says leaders that respond with meaningful connection that supports the work culture, performance, and engagement can turn this around.
