Employer pet perks a plenty

Lots of us think of bring your pet to work policies or leave to care for sick pets when we think of employer pet perks. But, some employers are going above and beyond by covering shelter adoption fees and some are covering medical costs for pets.

In a June 2024 survey 82% of HR professionals say that being pet-friendly aids in recruiting and retaining top talent. @bloomberglaw @wsj
