A survey by HiBob surveyed 2,000 full-time employees working in hybrid or in-office environments of which 51% of those workers identified as women. Here’s what they found:

• 36% of women feel empowered to do their best
• 28% of women say their corporate culture supports them
• 34% of men received a promotion
• 22% of women received a promotion
• 46% of men received a raise
• 32% of women received a raise
