Equal Pay for Equal Work Act

What’s happening? Colorado has had its Equal pay for Equal Work Act in effect since January 1. First, the world has not ended.

Why is this important? Not only will salaries for open positions be clearer for all potential applicants, the bill also prevents employers from asking how much a potential employee is currently making.
