15% of Etsy’s 1,209 employees are black and Latino

The plan to reach the 2023 goal of 18% Black & Latino employees:

• implement mentorship programs 
• create hiring rubrics to be more fair
• make changes to its performance management system

• Pintrest – 10%
• Google – 6.5%
• Twitter – 10.4%

Etsy’s rare accomplishment for the tech industry:

50%+ of the company’s workforce, board, and executive team are women.
