The Sun Club had donated $8.9 million to 122+ projects.It is an employee and customer funded nonprofit that empowers local communities through nonprofit partnerships and sustainability grants.

$200,000 to the Near Northside new community resource center

• 35+ kilowatts (kW) total of solar to reduce energy costs, 
• an electric vehicle,
• electric vehicle charging stations, 
• bike racks for clean methods of transportation,
• showers installed on-site to encourage bicycle commuting by Avenue Center tenants
