JPMorgan Begins Mandatory Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Training

Why? 

A December New York Times article detailed customer and employee racial discrimination at an Arizona branch which was backed up by an audio recording.

What was the JPMorgan response? 

The bank admitted D&I failures from the report and issued this statement: “We are all the keepers of our culture and we are committed to ensuring that ours is one where all employees and customers are treated equally and fairly, and where all of us receive the opportunity and mutual respect we deserve,”

Who must participate in the training?

all 257,000 employees and managers will receive special training
