New word: “Quiet cracking”

Quiet cracking is joining quiet quitting as the workplace issue du jour. Quiet cracking is when employees are quietly losing their minds. Surprisingly to me, this isn’t a “oh, it’s GenZ” issue, it is everyone at all levels. 

2025 Gallup poll of the workplace found 52% of employees, at all levels, are disengaged.  @businessinsider
