No DEI = Repeating Bad Mistakes

What’s happening? RStreet Institute tweeted “A homogenous workforce is also more susceptible to groupthink.”

Why is this important? They point to an MIT study that says not only do groups that all look alike make bad decisions, they replicate bad decisions.

How will this be important? The question boils down to- do you have DEI and outperform or do you shirk DEI and make bad decisions….
