Political impact of pubs

We’ve all heard of third spaces, yes? Places that aren’t home and aren’t work, but where people gather. Maybe you call it a pub. Maybe you call it a cafe. Maybe you call it a bar-tabac. Turns out a study in France showed that these 3rd spaces reduce extremism in politics because diverse people gather, chat, and exist.
