What’s happening? Brotopia is the tale of the male dominated culture in tech. Replete with quotes from tech leaders about the importance of women like:

• Jack Dorsey, of Twitter: “It’s not just creating a sense of belonging that’s important, but also making sure women contribute to decision making.”

Why is this important? You can’t read a business section or a business book these days without seeing data supporting that profit rises when more women are at the top and throughout an organization.

How will this be important? Diversity and Inclusion is a requirement of more investors, reporting requirements, and consumer confidence.
