Texas failed quality of life rankings for CNBC’s annual business climate ranking. Texas ranks the lowest of all states, below Arizona. CNBC ranking for TExas quality of life began to decline in 2017. The rankings point to Texas’ ” outlawing diversity and inclusion offices in higher education institutions, banning healthcare for transgender minors and the state’s strict abortion ban.” Texas received an “F” for life, health, and inclusion, and a “C” for business friendliness, education, and infrastructure.
