Survey Says: No more 5 days in the Office

What’s happening? A Survey of employers in San Francisco, CA revealed that

• 40% say their employees will eventually return to 3 days in the office
• 22% say 2 days in the office
• 13% said 4 days
• 19% said 5 days or more in the office

Why is this important? Pre-pandemic, the number of days in the office in San Francisco was 5+

How will this be important? “We’re seeing a potentially tectonic shift in the region’s commute patterns,” said Jim Wunderman, president and CEO of the Bay Area Council, a business and civic leadership group.
